I'm certified with the IBFI as a Level 2 Bike Fitter, which means I can adjust your position on your bike to get you right in the Goldilocks zone. Where everything feels just right.
We offer a range of bike fit options, the costs for which are at the bottom of this page, but it's worth reading the information in between to understand the differences and the process involved.
For general cycling, we provide an Endurance Fit. This covers the majority of peoples riding. Regardless of how long you spend in the saddle, it should be a comfortable experience. And if you’re buying a new bike then an Endurance Fit, carried out on our adjustable fitting rig, can help with selecting the right size frame for you.
If you race or simply want to ride faster, a Performance Fit may be more suited to you. Comfort remains a key factor, but as we push our limits, our position on the bike changes, and aerodynamics becomes a factor. A Performance Fit is more involved as a consequence.
We offer Performance Fits on any racing bike, but they are particularly suited for Time Trial, Pursuits, or Triathlon set ups.
We’re all different, and whether we like it or not, our unique traits influence how we sit and pedal on the bike. Cycling can be particularly unforgiving when things aren’t aligned correctly.
The Postural Assessment is the first step of a bike fit, helping to identify your specific quirks. During this assessment, we’ll discuss current or past injuries. We may even spot a few you’ve forgotten about.
What we find gives us some hints on how you’ll need to sit on the bike to be comfortable. Enough to point us in the right direction anyway.

Where we press on the pedals is crucial for both efficiency and comfort while cycling, making the cleat alignment on modern clipless pedals an essential part of a bike fit.
This is where the bike fitting truly begins, and it's important to get this right before moving on to the rest of the fit. If this isn’t right then what follows won’t be either.
As part of the cleat alignment we are also able to carry out advanced foot correction. This may take the form of wedges within the shoe, which are included within cleat alignment cost, or custom insoles, which would be an additional cost. As part of the Postural Assessment we’ll be able to tell you if this is something you would benefit from.

Once we've got your cleats aligned, we can start to consider your position on the bike.
With your bike either on our rollers, or using our fully adjustable fitting rig, we’ll look at saddle height and set back, as well as handlebar height and reach. All with comfort in mind. No algorithms. No AI. No bike fit rules. Your position on the bike is governed by how you feel. A totally bespoke and individual bike fit.
We can also advise on saddle and handlebar width.
Once we’ve established your position, we will record your bike fit measurements for future reference. We can also. assist in transferring this position to your own bike. This may involve purchasing some additional components such as a different handlebar stem, and depending on your current setup, there might also be additional charges for any mechanical work needed.
And then you get to go away and ride your bike. Rollers and rigs are great for fitting, but they’re not a substitute for actually riding.
To align your cleats, we charge £85 per pair of shoes. We also offer a reduction if you have this done to multiple pairs of shoes at the same time. This price includes basic foot correction using wedges.
In some cases, basic correction isnt enough, and you might benefit from custom insoles. We sell these for £95, including fitting. We’ll discuss any necessary foot correction with you before proceeding. No hard sell. Just honest advice.
An Endurance Fit takes about 3-4 hours and is priced at £245.
If you opt for a Performance Fit, which is more involved and takes longer, then we charge £295.
Both Endurance and Performance Fits include 6 months worth of follow up adjustments. This lets you go away and see how the bike feels to ride in real life. Not a one and done service. We want you to be happy riding your bike.
After 6 months you’re welcome to come back, but there’s then a charge of £75.
